Physical Features of Ultrasonic Signals Radiation, Propagation, Diffraction and Detection at Nondestructive Testing

V. E. Chabanov

The article describes some matters of ultrasonic testing, physical features of which are not described fully enough in academic literature. Simple explanations and formulas useful for understanding of quite complicated acoustic phenomenon are presented.
